Return Policy

Returns are easy, and in most cases, you do not need to contact customer service. Follow these simple guidelines.

  • ·         Within 60 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item except books or clearance merchandise.  You may send it via UPS, FedEx or USPS, whichever you prefer.
  • ·         You may also return or exchange purchases at any of GSNorCal’s retail store locations, found here:  http://www.girlscoutsnorcal.org/pages/about/retail_stores.html
  • ·         Cookie and Fall Reward Card purchases may be exchanged ONLY.  No refunds or store credits can be issued for these purchases. 

Always enclose a copy of your packing list to reference the item(s) you are returning.  If you don’t have your packing list, please indicate the order number.  Also, please make a notation indicating:

  • ·         The nature of the problem (damaged, wrong size)
  • ·         The action you are requesting (refund or exchange)
  • ·         Your daytime telephone number if we need to contact you

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.  Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.
