GSNC's RETAIL STORES' MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the GSNC (Girl Scouts of Northern California) Retail Stores (including the Online Store) is to support local Girl Scout members and their families by offering essential Girl Scout items and merchandise that encourage Girl Scout involvement while providing information related to the Girl Scout program.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders will be filled within five business days (usually faster). Delivery varies depending on location.  All orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS, depending upon which service is the most economical.  Our shipping fee includes both shipping and handling.

We regret that we are unable to process international orders or orders to be shipped to APO or FPO addresses.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS

Shipping & Handling costs are automatically calculated by the online store and are based upon the total order cost:

Up to $13.99               = $2.95
$14.00 - $25.00          = $4.95
$25.01 - $75.00          = $6.95
$75.01 - $200.00        = $9.95
$200.01 - $300.00      = $12.95
$300.01 - $400.00      = $15.95
$400.01 - $500.00      = $18.95
$500.01 - $600.00      = $21.95
$600.01 - $700.00      = $24.95
$700.01 - $800.00      = $27.95
$800.01 - $900.00      = $32.95
$900.01 - $1,000.00   = $36.95
$1,000.01 and up        = $39.95

Some items, such as books, carry an additional shipping charge.  Where applicable, this nominal charge is noted below "Our Price"  on each item as "Additional Shipping Charge:" and is added to each item cost.

Thanksgiving
Winter Break (December 24 to January 3)
